I am a technology integration specialist serving as a Technology Teacher Instructional Leader (TIL) for Springfield Public Schools Dist. 186. Currently, we have over seven hundred 1:1 classrooms in our PreK-12 district (with continued, annual growth). We Tech TILs create and provide ongoing professional development for our 1:1 iPad and Chromebook teachers, using Dr. Ruben Puentedura's SAMR Model of Technology Integration as our guiding philosophy. Additionally, we use Alludo Learning to provide an authentic gamification platform for individualized, just-in-time professional development for all our district employees.
